Office fit-out in Casablanca
Space planning, design and delivery of office floors: a method learned on large corporate projects, now applied to SMEs, regional head offices and professional practices.

What clients ask me most
Why hire an architect rather than a fit-out contractor?
A contractor installs; an architect sizes the space, makes the trade-off decisions and takes professional responsibility for them. Space planning carried out upfront often saves more than the fee itself: optimised floor areas, acoustics addressed from the plan stage, and full regulatory compliance.
How long does a 300 to 800 m² floor take?
2 to 4 weeks for the audit and space planning, 3 to 5 weeks for design and costing, then 6 to 12 weeks of works depending on the condition of the floor. Phasing allows you to move in in stages.
Do you offer design and build?
Yes, working with partner contractors: one overall budget, one schedule, one point of contact. This is the approach I used on large corporate projects.
Can you help us before we sign the lease?
That is actually the best moment to involve me: a test fit confirms whether a floor will genuinely accommodate your headcount and the way you work, before you commit to years of rent.
