How much does an architect cost in Rabat?
For a full commission, expect around 10 to 14% of the construction cost in Rabat. For a limited scope covering design and the building permit only, a flat fee of roughly 15,000 to 40,000 MAD (Moroccan dirhams) for a villa of 150 to 200 m². Every proposal sets out in writing exactly which phases are included.
Does the practice work in Rabat?

Yes. Law 016-89 requires an architect registered with the Ordre for any project subject to a permit. The application is filed on the Rokhas platform and followed through until the permit is granted.
