Do you work with your own craftspeople?
I consult several trusted companies and workshops (joinery, tadelakt, marble, metalwork) and compare their quotes. The final choice remains yours; I handle the coordination.
Can you do the design only, without the building work?
Yes, that is the fixed-price design package: plans, 3D visuals and a materials file that you can hand to your own contractors. The assignment can be extended to include site supervision at any time.
How long does it take to renovate an apartment?
As a rough guide: 3 to 6 weeks of design, then 2 to 4 months of work. The exact schedule depends on the floor area, the trades involved and furniture production lead times.
